  LCD screen replacement method:

1. Tool preparation: printer rubber roller, 3M vacuum cloth, alcohol, cotton swab, small flat-blade screwdriver, paper cutter, sponge pad. The roller on the waste printer of the printer roller can be used, and the length is selected according to the size of the screen. The function of the roller is to use the rolling and rolling to make the film flat and fit the liquid crystal screen.
   

    2. Uncover the old film: first remove the outer frame from the LCD screen to be changed, and expose the edge of the outer polarizer. Then, at the corners,            use a blade to slowly uncover the polarizer. Be careful not to scratch the inner glass plate, as the scratch on the glass plate is irreparable. After uncovering       the corner, slowly remove the outer polarizer by hand. The larger the size of the screen, the more troublesome it is when removing the polarizer. If you don't      pay attention, it will crush the glass or scratch the glass. If the adhesive of the original polarizer is difficult to remove, the alcohol can be dropped at the seam     position, which makes the adhesive easy to be torn off.

  3. Selecting the polarizer, that is, selecting the film: the angle of the polarizer is generally 45 degrees, 135 degrees, and 90 degrees, which is difficult to distinguish from the appearance. First buy a polarizer with a defined angle. The size doesn't matter. For example, buy a 135-degree polarizer for use. After the old film is removed, the driver board and the backlight are connected to the screen. After power-on, it should be in a white screen state. Then, the polarizer with the angle is placed on the screen to observe the image. If the color is normal, the original polarizer angle is 135 degrees. If there is an image displayed but the color is reversed, if the white is black, the angle is wrong. It should be a 45 degree polarizer. Generally, the angle of the polarizer is only 45 degrees, 90 degrees, and 135 degrees, of which 90 degrees are rare.

  4. Film: Place the screen in a clean room, and operate in a clean room without this environment. The operation requires two people to cooperate. One person uncovers the new film adhesive tape and aligns with the side of the screen to align with the edge of the screen. The other person gently rolls the polarizer with a printer roller until the entire polarizer is attached to the glass. If there are tiny small bubbles or strip marks after the replacement, the outer protective film of the polarizer can be removed and left for one night, and the gas permeability of the polarizer is gradually disappeared.
