FAQ
Q: How do make custom-shaped LED light strips customize?
Customers offer CAD drawings or product samples, we will make forms and drawings and send them back to customers to confirm, then customers pay to make new molds. After testing molds, we will send test samples to the customer to confirm before quantity production. For the regular-size new molds, when you make an order of up to 5 tons, we will refund the mold cost, the molds are on our own.

Q: How to deal with after-sale?
Within 15 days after customers receive goods without questions, goods are seen as pass. If customers find some quality problems, please show clear pictures and let us know the quantity. We will check to confirm the reasons and discuss the reparation form with customers if it is our problem.

Q. Can I see the sample first?
After we confirm the customer's requirements, it takes 3-5 days to make the sample.
After the sample is made, we will submit it to the customer for review as soon as possible.

Q. What shipping methods do you have?
For samples or small orders, we will deliver by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc.
