The light guide panel design is made of optical grade acrylic or PC sheet, with high reflectivity and non-absorbing high-tech materials. The bottom of the optical grade acrylic plate is printed with light guide dots using UV screen printing technology. The optical-grade acrylic sheet absorbs the light from the lamp to stay on the surface of the sheet. When the light is shot to each guide point, the reflected light will spread to all angles and then be destroyed by the front of the light guide plate. By using a variety of sparse, different-sized light guide points, the number of LEDs used can be reduced. In addition, the LGP can be used in a variety of applications, such as backlights for LCDs, LED signs, and general lighting.
